can’t find welcome email with transaction code

Hi, my wife transferred an account from O2 to ID via carphone warehouse. Neither of us can find a welcome email from id for this phone number. Please can you resend.

If you purchased through Carphone Warehouse (CPW), probably best to contact them for a transaction number, ​@Neil Garrett. 

Not sure CPW transaction numbers work with the iD Mobile online PAC submission form.
