Hi,

I am trying to switch to iD mobile network using PAC as I want to keep my old number. However, despite inputting the correct PAC, transaction number and all other details, the webpage keeps throwing error and asks me to try again later. Please can someone sort this out for me as early as possible? I tried using Live Chat but I couldn’t get through to the customer support.
