Can't transfer number using PAC code.

I joined ID and ordered two sim cards for my daughters. I recieved ONE welcome to ID email with one transaction number. I managed to complete one PAC code for one of the numbers but it won’t let me do the 2nd one - i’m assuming because I only have one transaction number?  It’s IMPOSSIBLE to get through to anyone on live chat! 

Can anyone help or give me an email address to contact them on please?
