Have tried multiple times to input a new PIN number during the automated set-up proceedure so I can hear my voice messages. The automated voice fails to recognize that I have used the phone’s keypad to type in the number, followed by # as directed. Keep getting to request to enter the number, I keep putting the number in with the #, in the end the system gives up on me. Have even tried using a landline, but the automated voice says I have to use my mobile.
Does anyone have an idea of what is wrong and how I can move this forward.
