Changed to id from 3 yesterday 

not sure if set up correctly 

can you check please 

I cannot do anything on my phone unless I am on WiFi

Since switching to iD (from Three UK), have you tried restarting the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Joanne Stamps?

I have always been with 3 so not had any experience of switching so I have maybe not followed all the instructions but I’m not clear on what is missing

Have you tried restarting the phone with your iD SIM, ​@Joanne Stamps?  

Have you removed your ‘old’ Three UK SIM from the phone with your iD SIM?

I too have no mobile network after switching from Vodafone. I received email confirmation this morning that switch was complete. Activation day was meant to have been yesterday.

If your Vodafone SIM has stopped working, sounds like your switch has gone wrong, ​@Janisd.

Your best option now is probably the online iD Live Chat service.

The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the bot works 24/7.

I have tried using the automated chat without success. How do I speak to an agent?

Yes and its a complete waste of time as you go through the same questions whatever you ask.

It may just be a question of asking again, and again, and again - hopefully you’ll get a helpful adviser at some point.
