I have installed an ID e sim on an ipad, when I try to register the number it sends a txt message, which I cannot receive on an ipad. How can I resolve this problem.?

It’ll be a bit long winded, but you’ll need to get a replacement SIM or eSIM, put it into a phone to receive the SMS and log-in to your iD Mobile App account, then a further replacement eSIM to add to your iPad once complete.

Thank you for your help,thats exactly what I did, and it is now registered on my I phone and working well
