cannot set up app


I have kept my old number when moving to idmobile but cannot add this number to my account/ or set up the app.

my existing number has transferred 

it works if I use the number supplied with the new sim - but do not receive the verification text to set up the account.

Is this a usual problem?

I’ve recently ported 2 number across.

It seems to take two or three days from the time the port happens to when the app actually recognises that.

You would think with technology this would be instant but appears not.
