Hi, I have a SIM only monthly contract with ID, that I can cancel anytime. I now want to take out a “pay monthly” handset with Mobiles.co.uk” which includes ID as the service provider. So, I will have a new handset, and ID SiM complete with new number, My question is how do I cancel my current SiM only service with ID and port my number to the new ID service being provided by Mobiles UK I do know that ID own Mobiles UK.

Unfortunately you wouldn’t be able to transfer a number directly from an existing iD Mobile plan to a new iD Mobile plan, sorry.
To retain a number on an iD Mobile plan, we’d recommend looking into upgrades.
