Hi, when I tried to fill in the forms on the website it was sticking every time so I rang in and gave the chap I spoke to my pac code sent from EE, I asked for an E sim and to keep my old number. Today I’ve received emails with a different number , my changeover is tomorrow, should I ring in to sort this out ? I don’t want to lose my old number as it is connected to my business.

The iD number is just temporary until your EE number transfers over.
