Ok, so ID wiped the apps and since the system is playing up all over, I asked for a manuscript of a chat with staff and it hasn't arrived so make sure to screenshot stuff as proof in case anything goes wrong, I asked for a document but with system errors I may never get it. I do hate when a company 'upgrading' something renders it useless for quite some time 🤦♀️

A chat transcript would be requested at the time of the chat and should come through via email not too long after, assuming security had been passed beforehand.
What document are you requesting? A proof of purchase or usage?
