Currys havent paid Samsung trade in promo

How long have people been waiting for the trade in promo payment to be paid.....I have tried contacting tradeuphelp@currys.co.uk and tradein@currys.co.uk and after multiple attempts to both haven't received a single reply.

20th June they received the phone, the main payment took a week or two but then nothing since.  I filled in the form for the promo so no reason why I shouldn't have received the additional payment.

Hi ​@Whereismytradeinmoney  had you filled in the relevant form? The Enhanced Trade-In value must be claimed by visiting www.idmobile.co.uk/trade-in and completing a claim form. The claim form must be completed in order for promotional payment to be made.

If so, please let us know and we will get this escalated for you.

Just so people are aware, getting up to 3 months now and I still haven't had the additional trade in payment that was supposed to follow shortly after the main period.  A couple of.messages from IDMobile following my initial post but no closer to understanding when I can expect.to receive it......should it take this long.....it shouldnt really should it.

Hi all,  Just to let anyone who picks this thread up that it has been resolved and monies paid, although it did take a few months and Id Mobile team on here chasing it up.

Hi, it's been a couple of weeks since I sent in my trade in, I received the initial payment for the phone value but haven't received any of the promotional payment.

I did fill out the form and everything so I'm wondering when I will be sent that balance.

I have already contacted the Currys trade up team and I am still awaiting a reply. I would like to have more consistent communication with this and would like to know when I would receive my trade in promotional balance.

To get your trade-in matter resolved more quickly, I recommend visiting your nearest Currys store. The store team can assist with trade-in queries directly and will be able to provide immediate support regarding your promotional balance.

Please bring any relevant details, such as your account information and trade-in confirmation, to help them process your request efficiently.
