I referred my husband and he purchased a mobile plan and phone back in March. On my dashboard it says he is "pending" but he has done all the steps to activate the Currys voucher offer. He has made 2 payments, one in March and one in April but neither of us have received our vouchers. When will we get the vouchers?

Thanks for the info, in this case we’d recommend allowing through to 29/06/24 for the vouchers to be sent via email.

I contacted them again as you suggested. They said they were no longer giving Currys vouchers but instead credited £30 to each of our ID mobile accounts so put us in credit to be deducted from our bills. Not what bi wanted as we wanted to put the vouchers towards something we want but at least they replied.
