Delay in number tranfer PAC

There's a few topics already but I need to make one. I received my phone on 10th and I'm still waiting for my number to be transferred. I spoke to live chat last week and said they were waiting for a file from my previous provider but it's taking so long.


What's the the maximum time anybody has waited? I didn't expect to be without that number for this long and it's causing problems now as I need it to access some things. I guess it's been six working days so far, I hope it happens soon.

If the file transfer has been delayed, then our teams will be working to get this resolved ASAP, as we have to continue to chase your previous network for the designated files to move across to us.

 

I’d advise re-contacting the live-chat to chase any updates on your port.
