Delayed port with no explanation


Porting my number from EE and I was advised my number will port today by 6 pm. I have spoken to an advisor on chat who now has advised me it will be completed tomorrow. Has anyone else had this issue? The most annoying thing is the number has disconnected from EE and now nobody can contact me.

Number ports can take up to 10pm to complete.

Has your number port now completed or do you still require assistance?

maybe so but you may want to ensure advisors and all customer facing content advises this as lots have referred to 6pm. 
 

Secondly clearly not. My number was due to port over last Thursday and it only happened today. So definitely after 6pm and 10pm as you have stated.
