My wife and I joined ID mobile today and both received an eSIM. We both did exactly the same for the set up on our iPhone 13s, however my set up completed fine but hers didn’t for some reason? There was a buffer wheel for a lot longer than mine and then it said it had failed and to contact the provider. Not a great start! Obviously the QR code is now useless as it has been used or attempted once. Any ideas? Thanks in advance! Mike
