Given wrong mobile number and cannot add account

I am switching my mobile from EE to ID. I provided the PAC and went through the e sim process. Account is to go active 18/10/24. This morning I got a text to say my account was active but it is the wrong mobile number. I already have an id account for another mobile number. I cannot add my number to this account as it says my details do not match those on your system. Please help as I can’t be without my mobile 😬😬

I cannot find mobile number on my welcome email as you state and need this so can keep my old number i am trying to send you my PAC code

For future reference its easier to give the PAC at the time of the order, as this saves you hassle in the long run. But their live chat should be able to sort the number out and apply the PAC at the same time
