I am switching my mobile from EE to ID. I provided the PAC and went through the e sim process. Account is to go active 18/10/24. This morning I got a text to say my account was active but it is the wrong mobile number. I already have an id account for another mobile number. I cannot add my number to this account as it says my details do not match those on your system. Please help as I can’t be without my mobile 😬😬
