i have joined ID and gave my PAC to port my old number.
However on the online form it asks for a Transaction ID. I don’t have any paperwork or “welcome to” correspondence.
how do I get this ID number to complete the transfer?

Your transaction number will begin with a 4 and should be on one of your welcome emails. However, if you can’t locate this, the live chat team will be able to provide your transaction number.
