Yes ​@Shipon Khan  as advised, you need to claim these from Samsung.

Step 1:
Purchase a Samsung Galaxy S25, Samsung Galaxy S25 Plus or Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra, and claim a Samsung Galaxy Buds3 Pro in Silver. Promotion runs between 16/04/2025 - 20/05/2025

Step 2:
Claims must be submitted by 20/06/2025 23:59 at https://www.samsungoffers.claims/sam/buds3prooffer

 

All participants must claim within 30 days of purchase. Offer is non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. Maximum 1 Claim per Promotion Product purchase.

When I purchased  from ID mobile  network .It is a contract package and paying monthly.I have recieved  my Samsung Galaxy s25 but there was an offer of free air buds which still not recieved
