Havent' received "welcome to ID email"

Hi  - am trying to switch, have direct debit set up, PAC from old network, Sim arrived in post, emails confirming direct debit and order number, but No “welcome to ID” email, which I understand contains my ID number. I need this to do anything, including registering to get access to help.

Hi @Helenm3, if you have the SIM, you can make a call to a friend in order to obtain your iD number. Alternatively, you should be able to find it in your phone’s settings. Google the make and model of your phone + “how to find phone number”.
