I’ve received my PAC number and entered it along with the other required details, submitting everything as requested. However, I received an error message indicating there’s an issue with the information I provided. I don’t understand what the problem is, as I’ve double-checked everything and confirmed that all the details are correct. I even tried submitting the form from my computer instead of my phone, but the same error still appears.

Probably best to resolve this issue by using the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser
The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.
