Hi 

I've got my pac code Thursday morning and inserted all the details needed to keep the same number from old network provider but still hasn't changed.

What date and time did you submit the request ​@Thompson Oludairo? Did you receive a text confirming the request to port your number over?

I did it on Thursday morning

No nothing 

If your request had been submitted successfully, you would have received an SMS message informing you that iD Mobile had received your request and a switching date.

 

Probably best to start a chat with a Live Chat agent and ask them to arrange to port over your number. If you do this now, your number will port over tomorrow.
