Can someone please help me I've ordered a phone pay monthly samsung a55  which is out of stock next delivery is 27th January 2025. I've just had an invoice though and terms and conditions for my new contract yet I've not even got them phone yet? I won't be charged for something I've not got will I?

Can you help me I don't want a spending cap how do I switch this off to £0

Via the app or online portal

 

Bills → Manage bill cap → set the slider to £0 and click save.
