How do I transfer my phone number from my ID Mobile SIM only plan to my new ID Mobile phone contract please? I did not buy the phone and package as a formal upgrade as I got a deal online so the new plan does not show in the app/ my account. Additionally I do not have the original SIM card that came with the phone. I got a replacement SIM from Currys.
i already transferred content of original phone to the new one but now cannot make or receive calls or send texts on either phone unless online eg via WhatsApp.
I need a phone for work so am desperate! Thank you in advance.
