Hi there, I recently joined ID. I received a barcode. But when I photographed the barcode to activate the eSIM, it said it wasn’t possible to activate the number. I’ve also tried to login or create an account. This also says that I don’t have an ID mobile number please could somebody help ?

hi, please could someone help when I try to login to my account? It’s saying that I don’t have a ID mobile number.. is that because my eSIM doesn’t activate until this next Thursday.
