How can we ask ID mobile to confirm the acceptance and processing of an online order?

Just as the title asks, really.

We placed an online order for a SIM only deal. Unfortunately we hadn’t realised that our email service was down at the time the order was placed, so any emails generated by IDM subsequent to the placing of the order will have been lost. 

How can we contact IDM to confirm the status of the order? 

Online chat isn’t solving the problem for us. There does not appear to be an available prompt in the online chat which would provide us with information.

I’d say the issue regarding live chat not fully understanding you might be related to the time you tried. Their system uses a BOT mainly with human intervention as and when the bot decides.

You’d be better off trying at these times:

9am - 8pm Monday to Friday and 9am - 6pm Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.

(also typing speak to human should hopefully put you into a human sooner 😏)
