Just as the title asks, really.
We placed an online order for a SIM only deal. Unfortunately we hadn’t realised that our email service was down at the time the order was placed, so any emails generated by IDM subsequent to the placing of the order will have been lost.
How can we contact IDM to confirm the status of the order?
Online chat isn’t solving the problem for us. There does not appear to be an available prompt in the online chat which would provide us with information.
