How do i get a pac code without my old sim.

I have lost my phone, how can I transfer the phone number from my old phone to my new phone without my old SIM? 

Both my old phone and my new one are with ID mobile.

You are asking 2 different things here 🤔
If it just a case of you need replacement SIM then @andewhite is correct and you can request one using the Live Chat.
If you are needing a PAC code (as per the header of your post) to move to another network then you can do it via your account. I found this information for iD Mobile….

  • Request a PAC online

  1. Log in to the iD Mobile App or My Account online 

  2. Go to the My Account page and tap Thinking of Leaving

  3. Click Switch or Cancel Now 

  4. Choose Get PAC code and follow the instructions

    Getting a replacement SIM card is the usual way to do this, @Ryan Lewis.

    Hey there @Ryan Lewis, welcome to Community!

     

    As kindly advised by both @andewhite & @Decembersangel72, if you have lost the phone and want to keep your number on the same contract, you’ll just need a free iD replacement SIM card, and can contact our live-chat for this.

     

    If you wanted to leave us, you’d need to request a PAC code and give this to your new network.
