how do i get i.d. to port a number with a pac code

I've just switched to id from Vodafone and have a pac code that I want to use but cannot find how I make contact?

Try using the iD online Live Chat service to submit your PAC, @Atkins89.

Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person”. The advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.

Alternatively, visit the iD online switching page https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/.
