How long to port to IDmoble?

I joined ID on Tuesday 11 Feb, (three days ago) my old number is still not ported across…..how long before I submit a complaint/query?

    Did you request the PAC be completed on Tuesday?

    Give us your PAC or STAC by Switching Date
    Monday before 5:30pm Tuesday
    Monday 5:30pm - Tuesday 5:30pm Wednesday
    Tuesday 5:30pm - Wednesday 5:30pm Thursday
    Wednesday 5:30pm - Thursday 5:30pm Friday
    Thursday 5:30pm - Friday 5:30pm Monday
    Friday 5:30pm - Monday 5:30pm Tuesday

     

    If so it should have gone live by 10pm on Thursday at the latest, so you could contact their typing based live chat

    (after filling out the required fields type talk to person to bypass their automated chat bot)

     

    Having said that sometimes simply restarting the phone can give the system a nudge.
