how long to transfer number???

So I got a idmobile sim and all 2 days ago, data and texts were working good on the idmobile and my old sim. I got my puk code and stuff and completed the document to swap my number over 2 days ago. It was supposed to swap yesterday. Since yesterday nothing has changed over, no text to say it's done. Number hasn't changed over either. I have emergency calls only on both sim, no data, nothing. What can I do about this??

Hi @HarryStanford 

 

Have you tried resetting network settings with the iD Mobile SIM card in the device since the transfer?

Yeah tried that, restarted my phone many times, nothing, my number still hasn't changed over on the app or anything too

Have you tried calling the number you want to keep from another mobile or landline, @HarryStanford

Yeah, nothing comes through at all, doesn't call

After a week my number has swapped over yesterday. Ive given it a day, restarted numerous times, but nothing works still. No data, calls texts. When I try call it says mobile network not available. Also shows no bars of signal most of the time. What else can I try??

Have you checked for the private message from iD on the link above your reply? @HarryStanford 

Are you 100% sure your phone is unlocked to all UK networks?

If its a Samsung can you post up the last characters of the service provider software version?

 

edit Or do you have a signal on iD, it’s just weak?
