How to Cancel PAC code

I’ve ordered a new eSIM, part of the purchase process is PAC code which I submitted. I like the new number I recieved from ID Mobile.

How can I cancel the PAC code to keep the number provided by ID mobile?

Hi @Camel when is the port due to go through? We may be able to get it cancelled, but the quickest way for this is via our live chat on our website.

I get the pod on the live chat.

As I understand it, it’s suppose to go through on 3 june.
