How to Claim My Free Pro Buds and Tag 2?

I have just purchased direct from id mobile samsung s24+ , when I try to claim my free buds pro and tag 2 it wants me to upload proof of place purchased,  I have no evidence on my receipt id mobile emailed me.  Just when my first bill is.Thanks
