We have 2 new sims and have the existing PUK codes to transfer over to you. Not quite sure if we do that on the phone or online? If there's a number to ring is this possible as one user has severe accessibility needs and would prefer to talk. Many thanks 😊

You can use the online iD Live Chat service to submit your PAC from your old provider,
The iD customer advisers work until 8pm on weekdays.
Tell the 24/7 iD chatbot you want to “talk to a person” - repeat this a few times though.
Otherwise, there’s an online page at https://switching.idmobile.co.uk/customerPortIn.
