How to Move eSim to a physical sim card

Hello,
I received a Physical SIM card today, but I had already used eSim before receiving a physical SIM. Now I want to use physical SIM on my Phone. Can I deactivate eSim first or what? What should I do about that? Help Me !

Unfortunately @ssantosh75, the members of this online iD forum can’t look at iD customers accounts, nor activate / deactivate eSIM devices / SIM cards.
