How to transfer my old ID number (I have the PAC) to my new ID esim on a different plan?

For added info, my old ID plan got disconnected today and I just got my esim. I have a PAC code ready to transfer to my new number...not sure how though.

Thank you for sharing, however I am terribly sorry as the system does not allow us to port internally. You can however transfer from a different network to our network or transfer from our network to a different network. The only way to keep your number with iD mobile is to do an upgrade from your old contract which will convert to a new one keeping your old number.
