Whenever I use live chat portal I have to get past the bot first and this involves me asking lots of questions - just trying to get to a live operator and over to a human. Does anybody know any key phrase to get through to live operator ?

Type in human, press return or the arrow, if the response does not include the word talk to an agent or similar, repeat human, no responding until you get something like connecting to a member of staff, team, agent. Then click Yes.

Have you tried telling the 24/7 chatbot you want to “talk to a person”, @Pete2000?

The phrase may need to be repeated a few times.

Hey there @Pete2000, welcome to Community!

For future reference, here’s a template I’ve created that helps to get through to an agent:

1) Type "Hi"

2) Type your issue in brief

3) Type "Speak to an agent"

4) Click on "Customer Service" from the options provided

5) Type your full name

6) Type your mobile number

I hope that helps :)

Kind regards,

Tyler

Many thanks that’s very useful, it’s easy to go around and around in circles desperate to find a human! One day AI will take over but it’s a loooong way off yet.

Yeah @Pete2000, the iD chatbot does appear a little primitive.
