I am frustrated by ID mobile; and terrible customer support

I am switching to ID mobile, but customer support is terrible, and you can't find any contact point at all. You are just shooting in the air. I am quite frustrated. I want to retain my old number, but there is no instruction provided for that; instead, a new number has been given, and I can't log in with the new number as I want to retain my old number. I cannot find any customer support number to call. Quite disappointed to have chosen ID mobile over O2
