I have just transferred from Sky to ID. I registered an eSim before the transfer I have tried everything up to resetting the network option. I have lost contact with two agents trying to sort this. I just want a phone line I can use

We do have eSIM capability, if you have an existing plan currently on a physical SIM you wish to switch to eSIM instead, you can.
