I can’t make callsI have tried everything


I have just transferred from Sky to ID. I registered an eSim before the transfer I have tried everything up to resetting the network option. I have lost contact with two agents trying to sort this. I just want a phone line I can use

We do have eSIM capability, if you have an existing plan currently on a physical SIM you wish to switch to eSIM instead, you can.

If you ported your number and the port date is today it can take upto 10pm tonight for the port to fully complete. Keep switching your phone off/on during this time.

I wasn't aware that Id Mobile supported esim. 

@keithwjchadwick when I read this I read you ported your esim number to iD mobile physical SIM card, and when you put the SIM card into your phone it is not working.

Some in our house have phones capable of using eSIM but I don't and would be interested in seeing when iD have eSIM capability.

I don't work in communications  but will be interested in seeing the response regarding porting of an eSIM.

iD do have eSIM as that’s what I am using. In fact I use 2 eSIM’s (dual SIM) as I use EE as a backup. Number porting works the same for eSIM as a physical SIM. You can change from an eSIM to a physical SIM and vice versa at any point.
