Please can someone from ID get back to me regarding my switch to ID? I have had a private message from you requesting my PAC and details which I have provided by now I’m not getting any more replies from you!!!

Erm, iD wouldn’t send you a private message asking for those details, unless you instigated the chat directly with them using their official channels?

Where did this message come from?

Are you sure this was iD?

iD Mobile wouldn’t normally ask for those details, @joanneclarenelson

It could’ve been an online bad actor looking to steal your mobile number, and then perhaps access your bank account/s and credit card/s.  


Thanks. I’ve already posted a request for help on this site to which a member of ID support has replied. I can’t get any further replies to that conversation despite providing all the information required. So hoping someone else from ID support will reply please!! I can’t find another way to get in touch.

Can you please check to see if this person had iD Mobile employee/manager/support after his/her name?

example Billy iD Mobile employee

If it didn’t then you could have been a victim of a scam.

So I’ve had look at your posts @joanneclarenelson and can see that @Tom invited you to chat via their forums online Private Message facility. So if it was Tom then you should be okay.
