I was on pay monthly but I got changed to payg. My account still says pay monthly and I can’t top up. how do I resolve this.

Hey there @Puremagic, when you return your contract with us, you switch to PAYG simply so your number is still active until you use a PAC code to leave us and transfer the number elsewhere.This doesn’t switch to PAYG for you to be on a PAYG contract with us, or to be used or topped up.Thanks,Tyler

I returned. Handset, ID cancelled the contract. So It got moved to PAYG. I’ve sorted a replacement sim which is now PAYG. I was told I a have to go to a different provider in order to bring the original number back.
