I’m trying to set up my new sim and I’ve activated and got an account. But nothing works text, calls and mobile data. I’m trying to sort it on the app and the website but every time I go on it says oops somethings gone wrong on both areas. I can’t pay for anything because i thought I’ll need to make my first payment but I can’t even do that. Do I have to just wait or have I done something wrong.
