I changed network

I changed network. In the about section ‘primary’ is stuck at my old network EE. The ‘personal ‘ one is fine at ID network. I assume this might be why I have no network wifi if not at home. Help please

I gave up trying to get thru to anyone to help me, I needed a technical advisor to actually talk to. Luckily my husband still has a contract with EE, he was going to change to ID mobile but might not now…. EE helped sort out the issues. Goodness knows what I do if I have a problem again as he may not be with them. Is there no one I can actually speak to? 
 

the bot suggested I remove my sim etc etc & switch my phone of & on, by the time I’d done that the chat had ceased.  
 

I’m not at all impressed so far & I’ve just signed up for two years…. Sadly. 
 

I can do some IT, I’m not a vulnerable adult but I need to SPEAK to someone. Maybe I should have gone to an alternative network

Hey there ​@Joanna Ford, sorry to hear that. To speak to an agent on live-chat, you’d need to type “Speak to an agent”, to get passed the bot. 

 

As asked above, is the EE SIM card still inside the phone or active as an eSIM?

Hi,

 

thnx for replying. I wasn’t able to get to the live chat button, it wasn’t working, then when it finally did, no agents were available. Thanks to EE sorting things I’m up & running. Signal doesn’t seem to be very good either but heyho, at least it is finally working. I just hope I don’t need to speak, actually speak to anyone in future.
