I have been given another number

I have just made the switch from EE to iD mobile. I opted to keep my number from my previous network provider using my PAC number to switch but have just received a text from iD with a new iD mobile number. I still really want to keep my previous number- how can I go about resolving this please?

    All iD Mobile numbers come with a new number.

    If you have ported your number over the port will take place on the port date selected.

    Please let us know if you require further assistance with your port.
