I have tried to activate a replacement sim and install it in a replacement phone but there is still no signal after 12 hours


I have activated and installed a replacement sim into my spare phone, which was previously used with three network.

This was done over 12 hours ago and i still am not on the network. Could it be that the phone is locked or a faulty sim card?

I have tried being patient, turning the phone on and off and putting airplane mode on and off and have now run out of ideas? 

help please

Are you able to try the SIM in another handset? Failing that use the iD online Live Chat service, to speak to a customer adviser ​@tomredddvc.

The advisers work 9am-6pm on weekends - just tell the 24/7 chatbot you’d like to “talk to a person”.

Or pop into your nearest Curry’s branch with photo iD. ​​​​​​
