I've been unable to access live chat to resolve this issue of registering my PAC so that I can keep my old number.
I did not provide any PAC at the time of transaction. I requested for the swap over to be on the 20th of this month so this might be a reason for the issue message when I tried today to register my PAC. The only reason why I tried again to register my PAC is because I have not received any confirmation email or text and today has been my first chance to actually download the app, update my account details , ect.
Basically I do not wish to lose my existing number and I don't know whether the PAC swap is in process because there has been no response from ID Mobile to confirm this will happen on 20th Dec as requested.
