I’ve imputed the correct PAC, my old phone number and my new ID mobile number. Then it asks for transaction number,
I got an email with an order reference as I got an Esim, not one through the post. its 9 digits so I’ve used that but it keeps saying the details are wrong.
I haven't already said to import my number on the application from what I remember as there wasn't the option and I never gave my old number at any point so it can't be that.
