I'm trying to submit my PAC and it keeps saying info is incorrect

I’ve imputed the correct PAC, my old phone number and my new ID mobile number. Then it asks for transaction number, 

 

I got an email with an order reference as I got an Esim, not one through the post. its 9 digits so I’ve used that but it keeps saying the details are wrong. 

 

I haven't already said to import my number on the application from what I remember as there wasn't the option and I never gave my old number at any point so it can't be that. 

 

 

Okay @Emmac2355, I’d suggest using the iD online Live Chat service to submit your PAC.

The iD advisers work until 8pm on weekdays - the iD chatbot works 24/7. 

Tell the chatbot you want to “talk to a person”.

Okay @Debbielynn, when iD Live Chat doesn’t seem to be working, the following might help:

  • Allow popup windows in your browser.
  • Use an incognito / inprivate window in your browser.
  • Use another web browser.

Alternatively, send a private message to ID support via iD Mobile’s social media pages, using Facebook Messenger or X (formerly Twitter).
