I NEED HELP CONTACTING SOMEONE IN ID MOBILE

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE HELP ME. I CANT CALL ID MOBILE ON ANY NUMBERS AS THERE DONT SEEM TO BE ANY?

I CANT GET THROUGH ON THE CHAT SERVICE AS I HAVENT GO ALL MY SIMS YET AND AM NOT SET UP, SO CANT GET THROUGH THE SECURITY.

I HAVE SPOKEN TO 1 CHAT OPERATIVE BY LYING ABOUT ANSWERS, BUT ONCE THROUGH, AFTER AN HOUR, THAT OPERATIVE ENDED THE CHAT WITHOUT TALKING TO ME FOR 30 MINS.

I HAVE WRITTEN ONE FORUM POST BUT IT HASNT POSTED SO IM WRITING A SECOND ONE.

I NEED TO SOMEHOE SPEAK TO SOMEONE?!?!!

ive already quit ID Mobile before my contract started. I spent a horrific 5 hours on a text chat to various representatives, some who hung up on me with no reason given, others who went silent for 30 mins or more, and others who said and I screenshotted 'no wonder they gave up on you with this request'.

I had 4 sims ordered, only 3 arrived, and no one would let me talk to anyone about the SIM which had not arrived as I couldn't clear security for that SIM which had no arrived. The text chat wouldn't let me through security as I dint have the info. I then had to keep going back into the text chat system to enter any old answers to force it to let me chat to a real person. once I go there, the person said I hadn't cleared security. I tried to explain that I couldn't, and please could I have help, which eventually happened, but this was utterly painful.

add into that some glitches with the text chat box, where it would disappear occasionally, which sometimes disconnected the chat and other times didn't. I know this is s technical issue with the browser but it shows that having this single way of communicating where it takes so long to do anything outside of the norm is risking and a painful way to deal with anyone. 

im not prepared to go trough that just to fix issues with my 4 family phones.

eventually, I got the rep to cancel the 3 SIMS I already have, and the 1 which had not yet arrived, and im off somewhere else.

hi all,

im still getting ID Mobile emails about my contracts. i have 1 today telling me about my missing SIM is being delivered soon.

Ive cancelled this SIM and my other 3 on Tuesday 30th September 2025 via text chat

Without the ability to speak to anyone, how do i speak to someone to see if this is cancelled and my other 3 sims are canceled and i get no more charges and emails?

Simply find the CHAT page and type “SPEAK TO A PERSON”.

i spoke to a person last week, 3 of them, 2 hung up me. the 3rd took hours.

in that call we cancelled all 4 of my new SIMS.

Now im getting emails for 1 of them still.

So the only way to sort, eben though i dont have the SIM, is to go back to Text Chat even though i cant get through security as i dont have the SIM? I dont understand ho im supposed to track down the SIM that never arrived, and get through security to discuss the SIM that never arrived if the SIM didn't arrive?

It would be helpful if you could put together a coherent sentence. All we know is that you ordered four SIMs, cancelled them, received an email and have had issues using iD Mobiles’ live chat service.

i want to make sure all 4 sims that i ordered are cancelled. So far ive cancelled various ones various times now.

Canclled 3 that had arrived, canclled them twice.

the one that didnt arrive, also canclled twice.

 

i now have a an email this morning asking me to ‘pay my outstanding bill’, but it doesnt say for which SIM. Why would i have an outstanding bill when i never used any and cancelled before even opeing packaging and with 14 days?

As i have cancelled all SIMs, the 3 i recieved ive thrown away. the 1 that never arrived i cant do anything about. How do i know which SIM this bill is for?

This is the point. i have reached out to Chat. ive cancelled these items numerous times. But im still getting emails about them.

 

How many times do I need to contact Text Chat to ask for my SIMs to be canceled? I have the transcripts from the chats of them saying ‘yes I have cancelled them’, but I never get any other correspondence to prove this, even though I ask for it. Im not confident they have been canceled as i have cancelled 3 of them together twice, and the 4th on its own [as it never arrived] twice.

 

I Cannot pass security on Chat as they ask for ‘my last bill amount’ and £0 doesnt seem to work, and as it doesn’t work, I dont pass the security. Even cancelling these seemed a little odd as I couldn’t pass security to allow me to chat about these SIMs but they happily cancelled them. Its this reason im unsure they have actually cancelled.

 

I have never used the SIMS that I have so cant login to the app to get any bill as the app needs to send a text to the SIM to register? But the bills should be £0 as I haven’t used them?

 

I cant call anyone to discuss this.

 

Here I am on the forum, complaining I cant get through security on the Chat and asking for help, and you’re telling me to use the Chat? Where do I go from here?

 

Can someone please tell me:

how I pass security on the chat without a bill or SIM?

if my SIMs are cancelled, 

As within the 14 day period, whether I have no bills to pay as I havant used them or do I have money to pay, and how I find out?
