I have an ID physical sim at the moment wich my parents pay for but I would like to start my own contract with new phone and a sim , how am I able to keep my number the same when my new phone comes , thankyou

Hey there @HEleanor, unfortunately, you cannot transfer your phone number direcly between iD Mobile plans. To keep your number with us, you’d either need to upgrade, or complete a triangle port.A triangle port is where you transfer your number to another network on Pay As You Go, then back to us on your new plan.Thanks,Tyler
