I’ve just joined and I’m trying to log in to the app to enter my pac code but I get a message saying my details are wrong?

Thank you for getting in touch and apologies for any delays with getting on the app. 

 

Have you registered for the account online? You will also need to be entering the temporary iD Mobile number until the port takes place. 

 

To port a number over, you would enter your details here
