ID Mobile Not Found

Hi folks,

 

I just switched to an iD Mobile eSim plan and I am trying to fill in the online form to keep my old number. I’ve got all the details except the requested iD Mobile number.

In the form it says that I should have received it either in my welcome email or order confirmation - but I haven’t! I have the reference number, transaction number and all, but not the iD mobile number.

 

Any idea where to find it?
