Hello, I’ve has the email confirming that my switch to ID mobile has been complete, but my phone has zero connection to any network. So it doesn’t feel like it’s complete…

Hey there ​@Josh Coull, have you tried restarting your phone with the SIM card inside? 

 

Did it only complete today?
